Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated to join our construction and restoration team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in carpentry, and the use of various hand and power tools. This role involves working on diverse projects including siding, framing, and heavy equipment operation. The will play a vital part in delivering high-quality craftsmanship for residential and commercial construction projects. Candidates should be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of heavy lifting to ensure efficient project completion.

Duties

Interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute project specifications
Install siding, framing, and other structural components using hand tools and power tools
Operate heavy equipment safely for lifting, or material transport
Conduct woodworking tasks such as cutting, shaping, and assembling wood components
Use scaffolding and ladders to access various heights safely during construction activities
Maintain a clean and organized worksite to promote safety and efficiency
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while adhering to safety standards
Requirements

Proven experience in construction-related roles with knowledge of carpentry, and restoration techniques
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery
Physical capability for heavy lifting and prolonged standing or working at heights
Strong understanding of safety protocols on construction sites
Experience with siding installation and woodworking is preferred
Ability to operate heavy equipment safely is a plus
A commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail
