We are seeking a dynamic and skilled PERSON to join our construction team, bringing expertise in various facets of building and renovation projects. Duties

Perform concrete forming, pouring, finishing, and restoration work to ensure durable and smooth surfaces
Manage and assist with rebar installation to reinforce concrete structures effectively
Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely
Read blueprints and schematics accurately to guide construction activities
Conduct framing carpentry using woodworking techniques, metal stud framing, and roof framing
Engage in welding tasks as required for structural integrity and custom fabrication
Utilize hand tools skillfully for various construction tasks such as cutting, measuring, and assembling
Perform heavy lifting safely to move materials around the job site while adhering to safety protocols
Assist with demolition or restoration projects as needed for renovation or repair work
Experience

Proven experience in construction management or a similar role within the construction industry
Extensive hands-on experience with concrete forming, and framing carpentry
Skilled in rebar installation, concrete finishing techniques
Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics interpretation for accurate project execution
Proficiency operating heavy equipment such as forklifts or cranes is preferred
Strong knowledge of safety standards related to construction sites and the use of hand tools and power tools
Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently while maintaining safety standards
Experience working on diverse construction sites involving remodeling or restoration projects is highly desirable
