Kitchen and Bathroom Renovator

Otto Renovations Inc. is a family owned and operated commercial and residential renovation company specializing in high-quality bathrooms, kitchens, and basements. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Lead carpenter and plumber to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

-Must be able to complete a full bathroom renovation.

-Must have own ALL your own tools.

- Perform interior finishing carpentry work including but not limited to installing trim, moldings, cabinetry, fixtures(shower, faucet)

- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and install materials but not limited to tiles, wood, wood substitutes, acrylic, and other metals)

- Interpret blueprints, sketches, and drawings to determine specifications and calculate requirements.

- Ensure accuracy and quality of workmanship while adhering to project timelines and meeting standards of Otto Renovations Inc.

- Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to complete projects efficiently.

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

- Journeyperson Carpenter certification or equivalent qualification is an asset

- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in renovations.

- Proficiency in reading blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.

- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality workmanship.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

- Commitment to safety and adherence to all relevant building codes and regulations.
