Job Description

As the newest Project Coordinator in Wildstone's Whitehorse, YT location, you’ll use your experience managing administrative, documentation and logistics tasks on ICI projects to support our Project Managers from project start up through to close out. Everyday you’ll be the person our Project Management team relies on to manage submittals, change orders, and RFIs and distribute shop drawings to ensure the most updated information is available.

To thrive in this role, you’ll know how to pivot with changing priorities on site, be organized, and stay on task until the job gets done.

A little about Wildstone. We’re a family-owned and operated General Contractor, we take on construction projects in some of the most remote, challenging and exciting locations in western and northern Canada, and our goal is to always make a positive impact through community involvement where we work.

We take care of our teams with benefits that include health/dental/vision, RRSP matching, Employee and Family Assistance Programs, an Employee Recognition and Rewards Program, an Annual Bonus and Unlimited Paid Time off after 3 years.

The starting salary range for this role is $75,000 – 85,000, dependent on level of industry experience.

Is this the right role for you? Here’s how you’ll know you’ve been successful in the first 6 months:

Project partners and site teams reach out to you because they know you’ll get the job done.

You consistently align us with the right trade partners and vendors.
You’ve successfully managed procurements and logistics to ensure our sites have everything they need to stay on schedule.
Visiting sites to check in with the Superintendent and crew, confirm progress and address issues is a top priority.
Navigating Procore and other platforms to manage our workflow has become second nature.
You’ve caught on to our processes and you follow them because you know they work.
Our Core Values drive you to be your best self on and off the job.
