Cobalt Construction Inc. is currently seeking reliable and hard-working Labourers to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to work on active civil construction projects in remote locations across Yukon while being part of a supportive and safety-focused crew.


Key Responsibilities:
Perform general labour duties on active construction sites
Assist equipment operators and skilled trades as required
Operate and maintain hand tools and power tools safely
Support site setup, material handling, and clean-up
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow company safety policies, procedures, and site protocols
Participate in daily toolbox talks, hazard assessments, and safety meetings
Work collaboratively with crew members to meet project timelines

Qualifications & Requirements:

Previous construction or remote camp experience is considered an asset
Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour
Ability to lift 70 lbs or more
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Willingness to work rotational schedules (e.g., 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off or similar)
Ability to live and work in a remote camp environment
Reliable, punctual, and safety-oriented
Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence preferred

Work Environment:
Remote road construction and civil project sites across Yukon
Camp accommodations and meals typically provided while on shift
Team-oriented and safety-first culture
