Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM + Weekend Coverage

Position Summary

The Evening & Weekend Virtual Support Care Specialist provides live virtual support during evening and weekend hours to individuals receiving Remote Supports services.

This role is ideal for someone dependable, calm under pressure, and comfortable working independently while supporting individuals during evenings and weekends when real-time assistance may be needed.

This is a caregiving and human services role delivered virtually. This is not an IT or technical support position.

Schedule

Monday–Friday: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Approximately 37 hours per week
Responsibilities

Respond to support requests and alerts in real time
Conduct scheduled wellness and safety check-ins
Provide coaching, emotional support, and reminders
Support individuals during stressful situations
Escalate emergencies to backup supports or emergency services when appropriate
Maintain accurate documentation of services and interactions
Promote independence while maintaining safety and wellbeing
Follow Medicaid, HIPAA, and Pathway Home Health documentation requirements

Important Note

This is an active support role during scheduled hours. Staff are expected to remain actively engaged, responsive, and available throughout their shift. This is not an on-call or passive monitoring role.

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
