Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-Time

Location: Mapleton Post Acute – Denver, CO 80226
Pay: $44–$50/hour (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $4,000

Mapleton Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic rehab team. What You’ll Do:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve function and independence in ADLs
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for discharge planning and case management
Educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals and progress
Document clinical outcomes and adjust care plans as needed
Apply knowledge of anatomy and physiology to optimize patient recovery
Qualifications:

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Active Colorado OT license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
New graduates welcome — strong mentorship provided
Experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or geriatric care preferred
Excellent communication, documentation, and critical-thinking skills
Compassionate, patient-centered approach
