Hiring Banking Sales Executive in

We are hiring dynamic Banking Sales Executives to expand our sales team across multiple locations nearby in Gurugram. The role involves customer acquisition, cross-selling financial products, and building long-term relationships.

Gurugram candidates must have prior experience in banking/NBFC sales and be target-driven.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on performance and experience)

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Experience: Minimum 1 year in Banking or NBFC sales

Key Responsibilities as Bank Sales job in Gurugram HR:
• Source and acquire new customers through field visits in Gurugram, cold calling, and references.
• Cross-sell banking/NBFC products such as loans, credit cards, deposits, and insurance.
• Ensure full compliance with KYC norms and company policies.
• Manage customer lifecycle, resolve queries, and maintain satisfaction.
• Report daily/weekly sales performance and pipeline updates to management.

Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience in financial sales in Gurugram Haryana (Any Finance, Banking, NBFC or Insurance Sector).
• Graduate/Postgraduate (Commerce/Finance preferred).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and target-achievement ability.
