Job Description :- Selling of Plots, Villas & Apartments to our prospective clients.- Setting up field visits/ virtual tours of the property with potential clients.- Providing complete property details & pricing.- Calling the leads provided by the Marketing team.- Follow up with the leads on a regular basis.- Ensuring maximum conversion of leads.- Help customers with documentation and onboarding processes.- Maintaining leads & customer data on the CRM.Requirements :- Graduation is compulsory.- 2-4 years of B2C Sales experience- Candidates preferred from Real Estate, EdTech, Automobile & Finance.- Fluency in Malayalam & English.Salary & Benefits :CTC: 4-6 LPA + Incentives ( up to 2 Lakh/ Month ) (All Sales Managers make an average of 50-75k per month in incentives)The company will provide family accommodation for candidates who are willing to relocate.
