Job Description

Responsible for renewing, up-selling, and closing of maintenance/service/license contracts to a specific region or account, generally via phone. Educates customers on applicable product elements, business practices and associated contractual implications. Maintains account team relationships and transfers leads as appropriate.
• Manage smooth and effective regional Software offer, order and delivery process
• Manage all admin related regional price discount requests
• Constant support of customers and Siemens regional sales in all sales admin related questions (export control, maintenance etc.)
