Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
Must have worked in established set up of large FMCG companies Domestic or MNC
Must have worked in Namkeen Manufacturing (1 st Priority) Plant handling Quality function.
Must have sound knowledge of Quality aspects of various Namkeen Product portfolio such asMoong Dal, Aloo Bhujia , Navrantan, Khatta- Meetha etc
Must have sound Knowledge of Continuous and Batch Frying with Tools used to ensure
consistent deliverable Quality
Must have handled and Knowledge of Quality testing of all RM-PM, in process and Finished
Products
Must have sound knowledge of Trouble shooting of key Quality defects
Must be knowing Key consumer complaint, Probable RCA and CAPA
Must have handled vendor audits.
Must have handled various Quality certifications.
Must be conversant with FSSAI & LM regulations
Must have handled SAP QM module
