Department: Sales, Business Development, Marketing Job

Job Timings : +:30 am – 6:30pm | Monday to Saturday

Role and Responsibility of Real Estate Agent :
• Providing Guidance & assisting to Agra customer to understand the property details and plans.
• Help the customers to select the property / purchase the property with right prices & best terms.
• Also advise them on the suitability and value of property in Agra Uttar Pradesh.
• Able to perform daily project supervision by performing sales lead follow ups & recovery with customers, maintaining proper documentation and booking record verification
• Seeking out new customers from Agra, UP and sales opportunities for driving revenue.
• Build long term relationships with key contacts at target a fresh customers in Agra.
• Apply learnings and experiences to streamline sales processes.
• Initiate promotional events for the company on festival seasons.
• Analyze sales trends, market dynamics and reports to determine business growth towards a company.

What you have to Join us ?
• Must have done gravitation in any fields or MBA in Marketing to apply jobs nearby Agra
• Business Development, Sales or Marketing Experience : 1- 5 years (Any sector – Banking, FMCG, Pharma, Hospitality, Property )
• Native or local from Agra Uttar Pradesh to manage customers
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Ability to work under constraints and to make the most out of allotted resources
• Keen sense of using the internet and telephone as a medium to connect with customers
• Can Write, Read and Communicate in Hindi language with local customers of Agra.
• Problem solving skills, Patience and the ability to tactfully handle customer negotiations
