Position title: team leader - ehsfunction: ehsworkplace: corporate , bangalorejob purpose: ehsreporting to: global ehs headwork experience: 8-12 yearsqualification: diploma in industrial safetykey job responsibilities: 1. ehs regulation & codes of practice2. ehs risk management & appropriate measures to assess risk.3. conducting ehs programme & framework4. stp operations & hazardous waste management5. to support ehs manager/ lead in the day today activities. 6. monitoring the work permits and other activities in campus to ensure safe working. 7. ensuring the safe construction activities in co-ordination with pmc to ensure accident free site. 8. maintaining safety gadgets like fire hydrant system, chemical spill kit, eye wash shower & first aid boxes, fire extinguishers safety signages, street lights, emergency exit, emergency siren, fire suppression system, ehs compliance etc.+. industrial hygienic monitoring & compliance.10. ehs compliance audit, handling of deviation incidents change control.11. regular inspection of fire pump room, service block, hsd yard, lpg banks and stp. 12. conducting risk analysis and ensuring the proper solution to avoid the risk & hazard. 13. record keeping and documentation of ehs related work. 14. inspection of machines, lifting tools and other equipment's to ensure the compliance and safe working. 15.checking of firefighting and detection system to ensure the proper working. 16. training to the contract employees and staff. 17. ensuring the safety induction of workers. 18. smooth operation of occupational health centre.1+. ensuring statutory and regulatory licenses.additional skills:1. good communication skills2. team management3. leadership skills & analytical thinking4. pharmaceutical knowledge
