Job description

We are in search of call center executives with good skill of calling and data entry. For DAY SHIFT only +:00 AM to 6.00 PM, Monday to Saturday. For Male and Female both

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Respond to all incoming calls from customer and generate sales.

2. We will provide 2 months technical training initially to upscale your ability to generate more sales.

3. Feed data in our ERP system.

4. Generate quotation and invoices from our ERP system.

5. Educate the customer at every given possible opportunity.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. English/Hindi speaking is must

2. Basic computer knowledge

3. Problem solving skills

4. Customer focus

5. Graduation Not Required.
