Immediate Hiring - (Male/Female)

The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
• Managing end to end accounting functions of the company
• Develop and implement general accounting systems
• Setting up the required accounting software and procedure in the company
• Developing and maintaining necessary accounting policies and systems and building an accounting department as the company grows
• Overseeing and closing all transactions related to journal entries, general ledger, receivables, payables, payroll and financial reporting
• Check cost center expenses and compare them against budget
• Provide records of assets, liabilities, and other financial transactions
• Handling Bank of the company i.e. for making payment etc.
• Preparation and Submission of GST Returns on Monthly Basis.
• Calculation and deposit of GST on Timely Basis.
• TDS Matters of company.
• Handling Stock data with help of Plant Incharge.
• Handling Debtors management.
• Handling Creditors advances for Raw Material etc.
• Handling Fix Assets Management i.e. maintaining Fix Assets Register, Addition & Deletion
• Handling Monthly Stock Statement for Bank.
• Preparation of Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account for Finalization.

Qualifications
• Hands on experience in Tally prime.
• Graduate/Post-graduate in finance or related field.
• Advanced level Microsoft Excel Knowlegde preferred.

Experience
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience preferred.
