Housekeeper|Room Attendant

The key functions of a Housekeeper/ care taker at our Student Housing Property include but are not limited to the following:

1. daily cleaning of the premises.

2. communicating with students staying and attending to their queries on an immediate basis.

3. upkeep of the assets(furniture, appliances, etc) of the company.

4. coordinate with plumbers, electricians, and other such people and get the work done.

5. gatekeeping and surveillance.

6. maintain discipline on the premises.

7. do whatever s asked for by the company from time to time.

Required Skills

1. The role of Housekeeper is the caretaking of entire property and students staying and requires a fine balance between enforcing discipline and supporting and bonding with students.

2. Housekeepers must be approachable and available to all students.

3. Housekeepers must be able to respect confidentiality. Be empathetic and patient.

4. Housekeepers must be proactive and take personal responsibility, have the ability to go beyond the call of duty.

5. They should be open to learning new skills.

Eligibility: ( Education & Experience)

10th or 12th pass with 1-2 years of experience working in any reputed organization
