Duties & Responsibilities:
Should have all over more than 3 years of work experience in BPO Calling industry
Should know throughout calculation like attrition, shrinkage, SLA's, (Service level adherence).
Should have handled min 15 to 25 agents as Team lead.
Must have worked in an international functional team.
Should handle the team weekly reviews and encourage team to meet organizational goals
Responsible for staff retention within the team.
Should be aware of KRAs, KPIs.
Ensuring to minimize shrinkage & attrition percentage.
Monitor team performance and report on metrics
