Post:- Continental Sous Chef Profile : Should have experience in Hotel / Restaurant / Catering Candidate Should have good knowledge in Preparing, Cooking and Presenting Continental Cuisine, Maintaining Cleanliness and Taste. Should be knowledge in veg. & non veg. both type of dishes Minimum 8 to 10 years experience in same field.
