Required Candidates Profile:
Shall Have Min 10 years of experience in Direct Sales/Distribution/Retail Sales/Channel Management.
Should have Team Handling and Distribution skills.
Strategic Thinking in sales and business development.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for entire region-Targets, achievements
Ensure problems are solved
Team Coordinate, Team Motivate, Meeting Arrange, Meeting Attend
Identifying and developing new streams for revenue growth and maintaining relationships.
Managing sales & marketing operations implementing sales promotional activities as a part of brand building and market development effort.
Effectively lead the team of Business Associate/ Sales Executives and manage performance of the whole region/State.
