About the Internship:
The selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Interacting with the candidates to discuss and clarify requests for projects and understanding the position

2. Headhunting & mapping

3. Developing and maintaining a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates

4. Using optimum channel mix to source the right talent within the agreed turnaround time

5. Exploring the market best practices in recruitment and implementing them

6. Working on effective and prompt coordination of interviews

7. Working on final negotiations till the closure of the vacancy

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 30th Mar'22 and 4th May'22

3. are available for duration of 3 months

4. are from or open to relocate to Patna, Delhi and neighboring cities

5. have relevant skills and interests
