Job description

The ideal candidate is one seeking an opportunity for career growth and the chance to grow within an entrepreneurial and innovative organization. The candidate will work in different areas of the platform and should be able to answer customer questions from a platform usage point of view. Candidates should be able to understand the functionality of the platform and then be able to answer customer queries / help the customers to use the platform.

The key responsibilities for this position are:

Understand & comprehend questions of end customers.

Provide accurate answers to customer queries.

First point of contact for customers to answer product related queries.

Be able to respond to customers over emails or calls.

Desired Candidate (who has) :
• 1-3 year of relevant work experience
• Strong empathy for customers and passionate for customer success
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Excellent English Communication Skills
• Graduate
