We at CarDekho are looking for Technical Retail Associates who will help in ensuring that all customers receive excellent service through direct salesmanship, and prompt and courteous service by assisting customers with questions and needs.

Job Responsibilities:

Cultivating successful relationships with customers by completing each transaction in a quick and efficient manner Identifying customer requirements and assisting customers with purchase decisions. Handling all operation Assisting in physical inventory counts, handling price negotiations with customer, breaking their expectations, making sure that customers paperwork and payments are completed efficiently and timely. Inspecting customer car and preparing inspection report

Candidate Attributes:

2-6 years of relevant customer handling/retail experience is a must & Automotive Category experience will be preferred. 2 years of experience as an Evaluator / Mechanic / Service Advisor or Assistant Service Advisor in a reputed authorized service station. Bachelors Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience Extremely organized with strong time-management and communication skills Should be comfortable to work on weekends
