Experience Range 3 - 5 years Educational Qualifications Any graduation, Job Responsibilities Cultivating successful relationships with customers by completing each transaction in a quick and efficient manner Identifying customer requirements and assisting customers with purchase decisions. Handling all operation Assisting in physical inventory counts, handling price negotiations with customer, breaking their expectations, making sure that customers paperwork and payments are completed efficiently and timely. Inspecting customer car and preparing inspection report Skills Required Technical Retail Associate, Candidate Attributes 2-6 years of relevant customer handling/retail experience is a must Automotive Category experience will be preferred. 2 years of experience as an Evaluator / Mechanic / Service Advisor or Assistant Service Advisor in a reputed authorized service station.
