Job Role: Customer Service Associate (WORK FROM OFFICE)

Key Responsibilities
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the product, pricing, and availability.
• Work with internal departments to meet the customer's needs.
• Data entry in various platforms.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment.

Salary: Up to 12K
