Job Description
Hiring for SALES TRAINER
Key Objectives and Key Results:
Conduct training programs (process and soft skills) for employees
Guide and contribute towards process and skill improvement training
Prepare weekly/ monthly training calendar
Ensure training data are maintained for all training activities
Customize training content as per regional needs
Monitor floor performance using on the job training (OJT)
Coordinate all training activities given to him
Maintain training assets given to him.
Suggest suitable modifications to the training content to the corporate training team as and when appropriate
Plan the training programs (and training calendars) in complete synch with the operations teams for both new joiners as well as existing associates (refreshers) ear training assets) on time and manage them optimally
