Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities
You will...

Be primarily responsible for ensuring that Azafran's presence is maintained in high
quality across all sales channels

Ensure that inventories across all sales channels are correctly reflected
Review platform insights across platforms & work with the content team to enhance
discoverability of Azafran products

Report on & take necessary actions required across platforms
Ensure A+ pages are always up-to-scratch & in better standing than competition
Ensure no sales opportunities are missed - in pricing, discoverability or search
Ensure page load times, images & overall user experience remains exceptional
Share ideas to further improve platform campaigns
Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders.
Coordinate with other teams on the execution of brand, marketing and e-commerce
activities
