Job Description

Urgent opening a Front Desk Receptionist cum Accountant at Hyderabad- Banjara Hills Location

Experience: Minimum 1 year to 3 years in Hospital/Healthcare/Wellness industry.

Job Description:

The candidate should need to be smart & presentable.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Greet patients upon arrival, sign them in, and obtain information and any other necessary data.
Maintain hard copy patient records as well as the files stored in our HER.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and desktop publishing software.
Call patients to remind them of upcoming appointments and to help them schedule testing for off-site services.
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks based on the importance.
