• Attending training sessions to grow knowledge of product and to develop customer service skills.

• Create good relationship with Mapusa team members and motivate them to put in their best to work in order to achieve maximum results.
• Evaluate sales records periodically to make balances and ensure that targets are achieved as Goa wise targets.
• Identifying customer basic needs/requirements.
• Forwarding and escalating inquiries to relevant individuals and departments of Sales Job in Mapusa.
• Contacting customers to give them accurate feedback on the progress of their inquiries.
• Providing outstanding customer service.
• Respond to all customers of Goa in appropriate tone and language – in Konkani Hindi and English language as per customers locality.
