Job Description:
• The role of the CSS will be to handle the International e-commerce projects, calls, emails, and chats of the customers; to be precise, they need to replicate the clients’ business-like payroll handling, back-office work, e-commerce, selling masks, cosmetics, content writing, etc.
• Any graduate can apply.
• Excellent in Written and Verbal English communication skills
• Working with little to no supervision.
• Other Key Skills: Handling Voice calls, chats, Email Management, Pay Per Click (PPC), E-commerce SEO, Amazon-eBay listings, C-Discount, Etsy, OnBuy, 3DSeller, Social media platforms like FB, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, & Product uploading.

• Location: Vadodara (Onsite), Only Work from Office
