Technical Project Manager| Banking Domain

The company is a bootstrapped venture that is revenue positive and is now moving to a high-growth phase to consolidate and expand their successful footprint. Their focus is on software products of the future, based on current and emerging technologies, for application at a global level.

Key requirements for the role:
• Requirements Gathering, Design, Development and Delivery of Enterprise Mobile Solution. Meeting internal and client expectations on quality and timeliness of Project deliveries that include Mobile Applications, Web applications, Middleware and Reports.'
• Owning and managing client relationships.
• Managing Development Projects through (15-25 member) teams including Developers, QA and Testing Team, Release Management, Source Code and Version Management
• Engaging with the client for project planning and required Sign Offs
• Creating Functional Specifications Document
• Project Planning & Tracking
• Resource Management
• Task Distribution to team
• Identifying and Managing Change Requests
• Ensures risk identification and mitigation
• Ensures delivery quality

Key requirements for the role include:-
• BE/BTech with minimum of 7-12 years of work experience. A minimum
• Experience of 4 years as Project Lead/Manager
• Experience in Managing multiple concurrent projects
• Experience in team management
• Understanding of technical/product architectures in general
• Exposure to client interaction
• Should understand Iterative and Agile Methodologies
• Experience in Java, creation/ integration with Web services, PL SQL
