The Company offers commodity, currency, and stock brokerage, mutual fund distribution, depository, investment advisory, business restructuring, debt syndication, online trading, and other financial services. Job Description Location : MumbaiReporting : MD & CEOResponsibilities :- Lead the pan India retail broking business for the firm that is spread across 60 odd cities with a team of 250-300 relationship managers- Drive the growth and expansion plans, both from a manpower perspective as well as geographic perspective- Responsible for the manpower budgeting and sales planning for the country- Develop the tech and non tech product capabilities on the broking platform- Drive profitability at a RM, Branch Manager and Regional Head level- Build relationship with regulatory bodies and ensure necessary compliances- Setup and build the online stock broking business from scratch The Successful Applicant Candidate Profile :- 15-22 Years of pure retail stock broking experience in the Indian market- Should have zonal or national level leadership experience in the broking industry- Ability to understand technology and digital businesses
