Job descriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesTetsip Group Media division provides outdoor marketing solutions to SME customers. These solutions are affordable and large geographical reach. Our product will be like Digital Wall printing, wall wrap, banner, pvc vinyl banners, flex banners etc.Key ResponsibilitiesCapable of self-generating database of specific industry segments.Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up.Able to arrange meeting for our MD with key decision makers at client office.Able to speak with Promoter and decision makers directls.Build a strong relationship / trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and suggesting the right product to the Customers.Explaining the product features in detail.Understand the Customer requirements and suggest them suitable solutions.Address all the issues / grievances of customers and provide the right customer experience.Capture the insights from customer interactions and share it with the internal team.Strictly adhere to the process requirements
