Your Role And Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management & Account Servicing
• Ensuring smooth function of policies serviced.
• Preparing Service presentation based on the coverage's shared by RM
• Handling queries / escalations via mail and phone for the respective corporate.
• Processing claims received.
• Generating weekly MIS as per the client requirement
• Coordination with the Insurance company, TPA for endorsements and enrolment activity
• Updating SAIBA.
• Claims follow-up and maintenance of registers
• Co-ordination with surveyors / insurers /insured
• Scrutinizing of claim documents and ensuring correctness
• Claim calculation checking and follow for claim settlement
