Urgent Opening for Business Development Executive

Job Description
-Develop new business via telephone, physical presence and mass communication such as

email and social media.

-liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues,

suppliers and partner organizations.

-communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships.

-Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.

-Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects pain points

-Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting

follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.

-Work with the Sales Directors to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet

quarterly revenue goals.

-Manage data for new and prospective clients ,ensuring all communications are logged,

information is accurate and documents are attached.

-Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Technical Experience

-Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)

-On self conveyance must.

-conducting market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus

groups, evaluating marketing campaigns.

-Monitoring competitor activity.

About CODE Pvt Ltd

The main goal of the Robotics Program is to improve student learning in STEM and to inspire students to consider careers in the math and sciences. We also want to build a strong program so that our students can eventually participate in LEGO Robotics competition.
Coach will:
- Collaborate with a certified teacher and co-teach LEGO Robotics classes to elementary school students
- Model how to program and build structurally sound robots using the LEGO Mindstorms Robotics Kit, and support groups of students in building and programming their own.
- Teach elementary school students the principles of Robotics including the functions of power source, sensors, motors and structural members of a robot.
- Document the students' individual and group progress throughout the program.
- Support students via online training module as required Qualifications:
- Required: ability to acquire a working knowledge of LEGO robotics, problem-solving skills, and simple computer programming skills
- Required: strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; ability to work with elementary-aged children in a co-teaching capacity
- Preferred: computer science/math/science/engineering background and/or experience with robotics
- Preferred: experience working with children and urban communities
