Roles and Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Outdial 50-75 customers on a daily basis

2. Liaison with customer for upselling and cross selling

3. Handle customer queries and explain about the product and offer information

4. Manage and resolve customer complaints

5. Enter new customer information into the system and update existing customer information

6. Identify and escalate priority issues

7.Follow communication procedures, guidelines and document all call information according to standard operating procedures

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Knowledge in telesales, telemarketing

2. Fluency in local language is a must

3. Prior experience in sales tele calling would be preferred

4. Education: Min 10+2 or Graduation.

5. Must be willing to work from office: (Bengaluru – HSR layout)
