Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

International Calling, Voice Calling Associate, Data Research Associate / Executive requires web research and telephone research associates for its Kolkata Office.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

Under Graduates, Graduates, Engineers, Post Graduates, BBA, BBM, MBA, PGDBA, B. Tech, M.Tech, IT, Technology.
EXPERIENCE

Prior experience BPO / Call CENTER, Experience in international calling, data research, data mining, working in international call center etc.
Freshers are also welcome.
Experience in Inbound / outbound, telephone verification, telephone research, web research, researching secondary business information databases, searching social networking sites to extract intelligence, information on people and company profile, company business information etc.
International Calling experience (inbound or outbound) for customer services, collections, telephone research, telephone verification is an added advantage.
Basic Computer Knowledge is required
Both Fresher Experienced can apply
