Job Description

The Role

You will be responsible for :
• Handling inbound calls in a professional manner.
• Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
• Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
• Escalating customer feedback as required.
• Organising data and generating deep customer insights in order to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness

Role requirement:
• Permanent work from home
• For the voice process
• 6 days working, 1 rotational week off
• Rotational shift 247
• Requirements are Laptop, Windows-10, Processor-i3, Ram 4gb, Internet speed 5 mbps

Ideal Profile

Requirements :
• You must have excellent skills
• You should be very flexible for the shifts
• You must have knowledge of basic computer
