Job Description
• Interact with customers through Calls. (Voice Process)
• Recommend potential products or services to customers by analyzing customer needs.
• Focus on achieving targets based on call quality, connectivity and sales conversion.
• Maintains customer records by updating account information in the database.
• Understand the customer's queries and identify the customer's needs and give the best resolution to the customer.
• Maintain relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance and providing them with 100% satisfaction with the product they purchase.
• Focus on quality of work and documentation of the action as well.
• Be a team player and maintain team spirit, positive energy at work.
• Education Qualification: Any Graduation.
• Key Skills: Inside Sales, Cold calling, Customer Management, Sales Management
