About the Role

We are looking for an Associate Content Writer for Corporate Communications Team. If you are a storyteller who's interested in working for a healthcare company, read on.

Key Areas of Responsibility
• Researching industry-related topics, combining online sources, interviews, and studies, cross-referencing materials
• Plan copies as per the target audience and channel of communication
• Creating original content for multiple platforms of RxDx and group companies.
• Editing and proofreading
• Adapt writing style based on the theme, subject, and format
• Coordinating with marketing and design teams and assisting in content illustration
• Assisting SEO/SMM Executive in creating hashtags and other support
• Conducting keyword research and using SEO guidelines for content development
• Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
• Submit work for input and approval from relevant teams
• Other tasks as assigned at times

Education and Experience:

Post-graduate or Graduate in English, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field with around 1 year of content creation experience. Freshers are welcome too.

Key Competencies & Skills:
• Excellent grasp of English language, considerable grasp of Hindi and any other Indian languages in terms of reading, writing, speaking
• Crisp writing style
• Familiarity with web publications and current social media content trends will be awesome
• Interest in healthcare is a must
• Creative and innovative thinking
• Comfortable with working across multiple platforms
• Able to align content with multiple brand strategies and ideas
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is appreciated but not mandatory
• Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, sometimes on strict deadlines
• Strict adherence to company policies and style
• Familiarity with keyword placement and SEO (not mandatory)
• Some idea on Content Management Systems is good, but not mandatory
