Join us as a Production Management Specialist We'll look to you to support the provision of the day-to-day technology based services across infrastructure platforms You'll be a central point of customer contact and third level support, including providing your specialist knowledge to our incident management and request fulfilment processes It's an opportunity to deliver high quality service, and to help define and drive the platform's future direction What you'll do As a Production Management Specialist, you'll be providing technical expertise in support of IT systems and acting as a recognised subject matter expert in one or more technology platforms. You'll be collaborating with and influencing colleagues and stakeholders across the bank and third party suppliers on the area of specialist knowledge service, ensuring the timely delivery of solutions which support the business. You'll also be: Providing L2 and L3 support to the enterprise data hub Participating in the introduction into operation and hand-over to support new systems and developments Undertaking ongoing evaluation and analysis of current capacity to provide the required performance, liaising with other technology representatives to optimise value to the business Contributing to the management of inbound work requests and ensuring prioritisation and scheduling of work against agreed business schedules Helping to make sure that resilient applications and infrastructure and recovery plans meet the business recovery requirements The skills you'll need We're looking for someone with a technical understanding, including platform, technology, products and domains. You'll need advanced knowledge of one or more service management disciplines such as incident, problem, change IT, continuity or capacity. As well as this, you'll need experience with Autosys, Informatica PWC, MDM or BDM, Oracle, Unix, Java, REST or SOAP APIs, Quantexa, Splunk, DX APM and other supporting tools.You should also be familiar with the IT service management process. You'll also demonstrate: Knowledge of relevant industry standard tools and processes Good written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills
