Job Description

Responsibilities: International Calling II English Communication

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as customer concerns and queries
• Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers
• Obtaining customer information and other relevant data
• Asking questions to the customer and understanding their need
• Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services
• Maintaining the monthly target and achievement report documents

Shift Timing : +am to 7pm ( non-voice process ) Science Field must
12pm to 10am (Voice and Non-voice both ) Graduate in any field
2pm to 12am (Girls preferred ) Graduate in any field
3pm to 1am ( Boys Preferred ) Graduate in any field

6 month bond Mandatory to sign
Fresher are also welcome with fluent communication in English

Salary : 15k to 25k (Excluding Incentives)

Location: Makarba , Ahmedabad
