R1RCM is hiring freshers & experience candidates for International Voice Process in association with NIIT Ltd, for the position of- Analyst (Ops. Dept). An excellent learning environment with great growth opportunities.

Job location – NCR / Bangalore / Hyderabad

Desired Candidate Profile:-

1. Must be a graduate from any stream (Pursuing graduation/ final year students are not eligible)

2. Good Comm. skills- English (Verbal+ Written) & analytical skills

3 Ready to work as per US Shift timings (245)

4. All graduates are eligible except BTech/B.E, B.Pharma and B.Sc (Biotech).

5. Undergraduates must have at least 12 months of experience in BPO/KPO.

6. Fresher Graduates can also apply.

7. More than 3 years of career gap is not eligible.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Follow up with the payer to check on claim status

• Identify denial reason and work on resolution.

• Save claim from getting written off by timely following up

• Should have sound knowledge of working on Billing scrubbers and making edits

• Work on Contractual adjustments & write off projects.

• Should have good Cash collected/Resolution Rate

• Should have calling skills, probing skills, and denials
