Technical Writer

Collaborate with project teams, both offshore and onshore, to document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), User Guides, System guides, Admin guides, User Manuals and user training materials for various tools and processes being followed

Create process workflows, flowcharts, cross-functional diagrams using MS Visio (or any diagramming software) to pictorially define processes and simplify process explanation

Collaborate with offshore team to document daily, weekly and monthly project status-update decks and related collaterals, for both clients as well as internal reviews
