Title - Senior Executive - Facilities and Admin
Location - Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
Job Role:
Managing Administrative and Facility services within the defined framework with focus on cost and process efficiency to achieve customer delight
Principal Accountabilities
1. Overseeing day to day operations and vendor activities as per SLA and within budget and in co-ordination with all stakeholders.
2. Strategic focus to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
3. Uses discretion in identifying and resolving complex problems and assignments.
4. Focus on timely and cost effective delivery.
5. Visualize challenges and project to higher level for appropriate guidance.
Secondary Accountabilities
• Coordination
• Work on identifying the statistics of critical function.
• Database management and Analysis.
• Adherence to Statutory compliance.
