Job Description Roles and Responsibilities - Generating sales leads that develop into new customers - Identifying and assessing customers- needs to achieve satisfaction - Monitor the day-to-day activity, planning & execution of the Agency team. - Manage sales goal achievement through Recruiting agents - Training and developing agents on a commission basis.
