Sr Warehouse Technician

Demonstrate continued development and improvement in Warehouse & Distribution process.

Material receiving and storage at appropriate location.

Maintain required GMP and Non GMP documents for warehouse.

Periodic physical Stock Verification as per scheduled date and material expiry tracking on monthly basis by generating GPM reports.

To adhere all warehouses SOP’s and ensures that there is no deviation in view of distribution shipment & record updating accordingly.

Overall safety of the Warehouse in view of safe material, man & equipment handling.

To maintain facility in view of regulatory and customer audit.

All GPM transaction update in timely manner.

Physical Verification of all incoming shipment and packing materials received.

Responsible for Preparation of Receiving Monthly Report.

Material issue to Packaging jobs against manual requisition slips or against scheduled in GPM with accuracy. Physically material picking for distribution and packaging jobs.

To be a part of the cross functional team as representative from warehouse on assigned projects.

To be involved in development, approval and procurement of the required materials for warehouse.

Review and Implementation of Master documents like SOPs, Forms, any other documents etc

Implementation of cGMP. Implementation of new suggestions regarding cost effectiveness and regulatory requirement.

Preparation and review of Qualification and Validation protocols of Equipments lying with warehouse.

Facing Client, Regulatory and Internal audit in warehouse.

Induction of new Joiner with respect to warehouse operation.

Ensure all members of warehouse are properly trained on Equipments, SOPs and documentation.

Ensure all members of warehouse have the resources available to perform their duties efficiently and safely

Responsible for proper operation and maintenance of equipment lying in warehouse.

Responsible for any new assign project work.

To co-ordinate with purchase department for required documents.

To identify training needs and impart training on safety topics.

To comply with all regulatory requirements related to GMP.

Responsible for Pre-Audit preparation for Warehouse.

Responsible for DO Preparation and Approval, Shipment Verification and Packed as per packing configuration

Responsible for all activity related to Return and Destruction

Responsible for Complete the task assigning by line manager as and when required
