Job Description: Test Automation Lead

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

Bachelors Degree or higher or equivalent in Computer Science ora related field

5- 10 Years of Software Testing Experience with hands on AutomationTesting experience

Selenium experience is a MUST

Experience with developing and maintaining automation framework

Experienced in Java programming

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Good communication and collaboration skills

Good to have:

Experience in Carina framework

Experience with other Test Automation tools

ISTQB/CSTE Certification

Banking Industry experience

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Automation Framework

Guide and mentor automation team members in approach and resolvingtechnical issues

Develop Automation Approach, Plans and execute the same

Identify Automation scope and own delivery of automation artefacts

Raise Testing Risks and Issues on time with the right stakeholders.

Stakeholder management with vendor partners and internal teams.

Review and validate the testing deliverables by the team
