Job Description
• Alteast 3 years of experience in IT Help Desk
• Should have good experience in administering & troubleshooting Office 365, Cisco AnyConnect, Salesforce.
• Good experience in providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software.
• Responsible for answering queries and addressing system and user issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Should be willing to work in Nightshifts
