Hiring Company: Kogta Financial India (P) Ltd.

Full Stack Developer (Onsite position) We are looking for Full Stack Developer with strong front-end and back-end expertise for our product. You will have the opportunity to design and develop a large-scale ERP based system in the domain of Finance and Banking. This system is built around Microsoft Technologies Including Android and Angular. You will also have an opportunity to understand the product from an end-to-end perspective and work on various levels of the product. The emphasis is on security, scalability, performance and maintenance. You will not only support the current product but will closely work with upper management on upcoming new products. We take only the best of waterfall and agile methodologies and improve our productivity tremendously.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to design, develop and support well architected .Net, Android and Angular applications in a Service-Oriented-Architecture that satisfy both functional and non-functional requirements such as reliability, scalability, ease of deployment and supportability. Develop reusable, efficient code that follows the current style of development and lends towards continuous development. Document and troubleshoot defects as required to support this highly sensitive ERP application. Investigate new technologies and incorporate current design. Document at every step - design, implementation and testing.

Must have Skills

• Create and follow design documentation to develop and enhance applications written in C# utilizing the .NET Core, .NET Framework 6.0, .NET MVC, Entity Framework, ASP.NET, WebApi, JavaScript, LINQ, Bootstrap, jQuery, CSS, SQL Server and SSRS

• Socket Programming in C#

• Strong in Algorithms and Data structures

• Unit testing

Desired Technology experience

• Asp.Net MVC 3+ advanced concepts is highly recommended

• WebApi and .Net 6 are highly recommended

• Experience with .Net Core 3.1 and SSRS is a plus

• Angular/jQuery/HTML5/CSS is a plus

• Functional Programming is a plus

• Socket Programming is a plus

Requirements M.C.A, B.Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science Engineering For 3+ years of relevant industry experience:

• Very good problem-solving skills

• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms

• Advanced .net concepts

• 1+ years Backend experience

First round of interview will include coding problems on basic data structures

Other Requirements:

1. Good communications skills

2. Has previously executed at least one full stack project

3. Location: Jaipur and Pune, may need to travel if required.

4. Willing to travel abroad if required.

6. Should be a good listener and be able to work effectively in a team.

7. Should be a proactive individual and be able to work independently with minimal hand holding over a period.

Project Details has to include:

• Start and End dates for each project

• Details of exact role played in each project with details of tools and technologies used and highlight own contribution to the project ( rather than focus too much on the employer and the overall product/project in general)

• Languages, tools etc used for each phase of the project – Requirements, Design etc
