As a Voice Support Executive, you will be responsible to do below day to day activity from Katraj Pune Maharashtra.
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts. • Answer questions about products or the company.
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales as per requirement of Katraj Pune MH.
Receive calls from customers to resolve their issues
Reply to customers and address their concerns
Required Skills:
Communication Skills should be Excellent
Must be able to handle telephonic software support, should have computer knowledge.
Candidate should be able to handle the voice calls from local customers of Maharashtra state in Marathi or English Language.
